(*) Students wishing to register with the discounted fee must send a presentation letter from their supervisor certifying their status. The letter should be sent to L.C. Congressi together with the registration form.
The Delegate registration fee includes:
- attendance to all scientific sessions
- Symposium bag, including name badge and scientific brochures
- one copy of the proceeding book
- certificate of attendance
- coffees and lunches thoughout the Symposium
- welcome party
- Symposium trip and social dinner.
The Accompanying person fee includes:
- lunches throughout the Symposium
- welcome party
- Symposium trip and social dinner.
All attendees, including the members of the Scientific Committees, Speakers and Chairpersons are required to register.
L.C. Congressi srl has been encharged with the registration and accommodation booking service. Please follow the link at the end of this page and fill in your personal details in the Participant Personal Details form. Then, when prompted, download the official Registration Form, fill it in all its parts in capital letters or typewrite and send it by fax or e-mail within June 15, 2010 to:

Hotel accommodation
To ensure your hotel accommodation, please make your reservation within June 15, 2010 due to availability of hotel rooms. Accommodation will be provided on a first-come first-assigned basis. The forms must be accompanied by a holding deposit for the first night, covering the maximum rate listed, plus a 18,00 EUR reservation fee (VAT included) for each room booked. The rooms will not be assigned until the deposit is received. Upon receipt of the holding deposit, L.C. Congressi will send you confirmation showing the amount received, to be deducted from your final hotel bill. The final bill must be settled personally by the attendees at the end of the stay.
All payments must be paid in EUR as indicated on the official Registration Form. No other form of payment will be accepted. Please note that the forms will not be considered without the related bank transfer or credit card copy.
